Express replacement refund

I ordered an express replacement on the 8th and was told on the phone it would be 1 day shipping, however it did not arrive before I left the state on vacation, the package arrived on the 13th but there was nobody to sign for it. Will I be charged for the phone if I don’t send it back within 10 days of ordering, or is it 10 days from receiving? If I do it late will I still receive a refund ?

No, in the United States, using the ERS (Express Replacement Service) it generally takes 3 to 5 business days to receive your replacement phone.


Apple needs to receive the original product within 10 days of the day your replacement product was shipped to you by Apple (check your ship date)
