My phone never said iphone (2) before, but i noticed that it does now. I really believe someone who is no longer in my life has access to my apple ID, but is somehow able to hide it from my settings view. I don't know what to do.

I also noticed that settings say "I am running on my iPhone, watch, and macOS Yosemite? I have no clue what this is but when i researched, I read that it is either a mac desktop or laptop of some sort, but i have never personally even had or signed into a laptop apple device, ever.

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Note that, sometimes if you restore your iPhone, it will increment the phone name. In and of itself, the iPhone (2) doesn't mean anything nefarious.

Where are you seeing: "I am running on my iPhone, watch, and macOS Yosemite?" What is the exact screen and the exact wording?
