I was setting up a new iPhone 13 and I used the iCloud transfer method and the phone restarted and locked with a passcode I did not set up. I don’t currently have access to a computer to restore the phone. How do I get it unlocked?

Borrow a computer from your relatives/friend/neighbors, or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.
