Can your friends on Apple Music see who added their playlist to their profiles if they don’t follow that same person and that persons account is private ? Or is it just you who can see added your playlist to their profile?

If your profile isn't private, it's possible for your friends to see what playlists you're listening to in Apple Music.
When you’re an Apple Music subscriber, you can see music your friends are listening to by following them. You can also see the playlists they’ve shared. Likewise, your followers can see your shared playlists and the music you’re listening to.
