How to delete at App that isn’t working from iCloud

Have an app that isn’t working -I want to delete it from the cloud so that i can get an updated version -how do i do this on May ipad

Apps are not stored in iCloud. When you delete an app and download it again, it comes from the App Store, not from iCloud.
