iPhone XR rear camera and flashlight stopped working.

My iPhone XR rear camera and rear flashlight suddenly stopped working and it gives me the error “Flash is Disabled, The iPhone needs to cool down before you can use the flash”

But the phone is not even hot at all, I have restarted the camera app multiple times, I have restarted the phone, I have the latest software update,

still, both camera and flash doesn’t work.

And to the best of my knowledge, the phone did not drop at all.
