Not getting sound alerts on iPhone SE 2nd Gen

I have an iPhone SE 2nd Gen with the latest iOS updates. I don't get sounds alerts for my calendar events or text messages. I had been getting them, they stopped awhile back. I have Do Not Disturb off Sounds are on for both calendar and messages. The volume is also up. I had Focus set so it wouldn't sound while I'm asleep, but have turned it off. I have fooled around with the settings, but haven't been able to figure it out. Thanks for any advice you may have. Thanks, George
