Hi, I'm from Italy and I saw that the new Mac Pro with M2 will be available for pre-order on Friday 17 June. I never used this function of pre-ordering on Apple site and I would know if anyone could tell me how long it should be shipped and then when it should get to me. Thank you!

The factories in China where these will likely be made are have been closed for a COVID lockdown. They are seeing very large backlogs. If you ordered a new MacBook Pro 16-in in the US today (a model already in stable production) you would likely get a delivery date of Mid AUGUST.
I can not imagine these new models will be substantially better, but there may be a few that will be available immediately, then it is likely you will have to wait.
Order as soon as you can. If you can not tolerate the delivery date provided, cancel your order with no penalty.
