What is the delivery time of the MacBook pro 16" basic version with an American layout?

Hi. I want to buy a macbook pro sixteen inches basic version with an American keyboard layout. I plan to receive the order at the official Apple store in Dubai (Dubai Mall). On the apple website, delivery is indicated 3-5 days. But when choosing a city, Dubai shows 11-13 days. How long after the payment on the website or in the apple store will I receive my order? I would like to know a more precise date.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Nobody in these user to user help forums has any info about such questions. You have to contact stores directly yourself.

I can't imagine there is any way to do what you want other than by contacting their customer service by phone.

I'm not in the UAE and I can't contact the store now because I don't know their email address, and it's very expensive to call from another country.
