Has anyone had this happen to you? I forgot my beat solo pros from Bluetooth, and now it won’t show up. They’re charged and we’re working perfectly fine before forgetting them from my phone.

Have you used the Beats with another device that is near you? If yes, temporarily turn BT off on that device (or those devices) put the beats in pairing mode and try again.
I have tried to Resetting all settings, and trying what was already suggested here on the website. It’s been a day, and I don’t know why I did what I did.

Thank you for this suggestion, I did try and the White LED light stays still. They’re fully charged, and I’ve held the two buttons down for more than a minute without a response.
