Hello vickyquijano,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. To help troubleshoot this behavior, we recommend to follow each of these steps:

  1. Please ensure that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS 15.5. If you're on an older version, you can follow this article on how to update the software: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
  2. Verify that the date, time, country ad region is set up correctly. To verify that, you can go to Settings > General > Date & Time. For country/region, you'll need to go in Settings > General > Language & Region.
  3. Your Apple ID account must be signed in and that it is not a child's account: Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support
  4. Ensure that your Apple ID is not managed by an educational or business institution.
  5. Reset Network Settings and Reset Location & Privacy. To access these two methods, you'll need to go in Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset.

Please let us know if these steps help.

Kind regards.
