Facial recognition

Hi, if your facial recognition is not working(meaning that it doesn't recognize your face), then you may go to settings > FaceID and Passcode > Reset Face ID, to re-record a FaceID. see onlyfallin's post for reset to factory settings.

B. Troubleshooting Face ID:
