So this movie will not stream if using Apple TV app on a non apple device? It keeps saying content not available. My primary devices attached to my televisions in the home are an Amazon Firestick and an Xbox. Is there a fix for this issue because seems like a waste of time/money to sell a movie for purchase that users can’t enjoy if not on a apple device with the app. Pointless

Thanks for replying, Ceelexis, and that additional info, it really helps! If you haven't already, please try resetting the Apple TV app on one of your devices, and then test your issue again.

Unfortunately this was not helpful. None of the steps mentioned apply for this content because the error it’s giving me is saying it’s because I’m not using an Apple Device. However if the app itself is available on non apple devices then content purchased should also be available and everything else works but this one movie. And the purchase was from 2 years ago so I’ve been told it’s not eligible for refund.
