Apple TV 4K 2nd Gen Soundbar turns back on

I can almost get to one remote. Hoping there's a solution:

When I turn off all devices using the Apple TV remote, everything turns off - great!

But immediately after everything goes dark, my soundbar turns back on.

If I use the TV remote to turn off the TV, the soundbar turns off and stays off.

Anyone know of a way to fix this?

The Soundbar is the Klipsch Cinema 600.

Setup: Apple TV->TV->SoundBar

Control other devices turned on for everything.

As the Apple TV and remote are working as expected when used together, we would advise reaching out to the manufacturer of your sound bar, as they may be able to offer some advice regarding this behavior. This may be a good starting point: Klipsch Sound Bars.

Unfortunately, that wasn't helpful. I've got the Apple TV mounted behind the TV so a universal IR remote won't work.

The Siri Remote DOES power everything down, but immediately after powering off, the Klipsch soundbar powers back on.

It doesn't do this when I use the TV remote to turn off the TV. This tells me the Apple TV is sending a different signal through the HDMI/CEC connection.

Has anyone on your team encountered anything like this and is there a resolution that doesn't involve relocating the Apple TV?

I need the Apple TV remote to send the Power on/off signals to the TV via IR as is listed in the technical specs for the Apple TV:

Apple TV 4K - Technical Specifications - Apple

However, when I program a new remote the only options it learns are:

Volume Up

Volume Down

Mute

No power button as advertised in the linked specs (on Apple's site).

Is there an ETA on delivering on this?
