How do I get a refund from apple for a debit card charge used by someone in another city we've never been to? Debit card company said charge was valid then issued us a new debit card told us to contact apple for dispute. I have no idea what was purchased for $130. Or how to contact apple on this.
No, if you read the entire link you can report a fraudulent charge that is not tied to your Apple ID. That is a one stop link to contact Apple about all sorts of billing questions. Or you can call AppleCare and explain the problem to them.
Not helpful as you can only use this for stuff purchased thru your appleid. I don't know what appleid was used by the thief if any.
