How to use iPhone to switch on the mac by different Wi-Fi?
the article says: Use Switch Control on your device to control another Apple device - Apple Support

But I want to switch my mac on while I am out of home!

It is not possible.
When you are out home, you are NOT connect to your Home Wi-Fi, you use Public Wi-Fi.
