I had two phone calls this morning that I have had attempted hacks on my Apple account

I had two phone calls this morning that I have had attempted hacks on my Apple account and not to use them until I have it checked. Then they forward the call to a foreign speaking "customer service agent" to help. At that time, I disconnected the call.

Is this something to be concerned as I did not let them help me or is this from Apple and I should be concerned?

Scam calls. Block the numbers and ignore them.

Apple will never call you out of the blue for any reason.

If there is any access to your accounts, Apple will send an email. They will never call.

This is a scam. Apple will never contact you this way.

Additionally, if you happen to have any sort of "Anti-Virus" or "Mac Cleaner" apps, it is recommended to uninstall them as per the instructions. These are not needed and will often consume system resources unnecessarily or delete important system files to "free up space".
