SPEAKERS crowded, crackling and distorted in MACBOOK PRO M1 2021

I Have a macbook pro M1 14,2 inch buy in december, in april the left speaker sound very bad, with distorted and saturation.

My apple technical service say that is a manufacturing error in left speaker and right too. But no change only the speakers, change de top case complete.

And, no change my macbook for a new one.

some can helpe me? apple report this issue ? apparently it is happening to more people...

I am disappointed in Apple's service since the MacBook is very expensive and they do not give a guarantee...

Follow these steps, testing after each step:

Click ▶︎ Software Update.

If that does not help, then try the following:

➢ Internal Speakers Not Working.

➢ Try Safe Mode.

➢ Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.

If that does not help, then get your Mac ready for service.

First, the Apple limited warranty is valid worldwide.

If you purchased this Macbook in December, it is only 7 months old and it is still under warranty. Every Mac comes with a one-year limited warranty. And if you purchased AppleCare+, the warranty can be extended up to a total of 3 years depending on the level of AppleCare+ you purchased.

Contact Official Apple Support, report the problem(s) and if necessary request a warranty replacement of your Macbook.
