Hi,

I need to install Neoload Root Certificate in iPhone but I am not able to do so, could you please help me with the solution.

I have transferred the root certificate to Files but when I click to open it, instead of installing as a profile it shown unsupported file.

You need to follow the instructions from Neoload. You can’t install a certificate by just downloading it; there is a specific procedure that you must follow.
