Is it legit or phishing? The following appeared on my iPad yesterday, "Your Apple ID and phone number are now being used for iMessage and FaceTime on a new iPhone. If you recently signed into "iPhone" you can ignore this notification. OK"

The message that you describe is an Apple System Alert that is expected if you sign-in to some Apple services from a new/different device or browser.

If you see this alert and you, yourself, have not just signed-in to an Apple App or service - and you have any cause for concern - you should immediately change your AppleID Password.
