Email contact re GST

I'm unable to phone Apple numbers from where I live on Norfolk Island. I need to speak to somebody there. How do I get them to phone me if I can't email them? They have over charged me on a purchase which has not yet arrived.

Voicemail Trouble When I first requested my new iPhone, I specified that I was using AT&T because that was the network I used at the time. But by the time the iPhone arrived, I had decided to switch to Mint. Since the phone uses eSIM, everything worked fine—except the voicemail. Even when I set up my voicemail message, callers are directed to an AT&T message system when they call my number. But I can’t set up that system and they can’t leave messages. Do I need to call AT&T about this? I closed my account with them because frankly their customer service doesn’t know how to fix anything.
