I was preparing to factory reset my ipad but there is something I want to know . Will I be able to download my paid apps for free when I factory reset my ipad? I don’t wanna lose my apps so if anyone can help me , that would be great. Thank you.

Yes, as long as you use the same Apple ID, or restore from a backup after the reset. Redownload apps and games from Apple provides additional details.

Better make sure you have a full backup of all your iPad app data, first to be able to restore that app data to your iPad.
