TV app not separating seasons

I just purchased three seasons of comedy bang bang, and when I look at them in my TV app, either on my television or my iPad, there is no separation between them. It goes episode one, episode one, episode one, then episode two, episode two, episode two, etc. And those episodes are alphabetical, so if I want to watch the show in order, I would need to keep track of the dates across ten volumes. Is there anyway to fix this? Or should I just cut my losses and buy the rest of the series from another service?

Thanks for clarifying this for us, Edmundogg,

If the episodes aren't in order, we'd suggest that you remove the seasons then download them again as outlined here: Redownload TV shows and movies that you purchased - Apple Support

If you're still experiencing the same behavior after redownloading the seasons, we'd suggest that you reach out to Apple directly to investigate this further here: Contact - Official Apple Support

Take care!

Hey there, and welcome to Apple Support Communities Edmundogg,

We would like to ask you a couple of questions in order to get a better understanding. First, what exact version of iOS and tvOS are you currently using? We ask as the menus and options can change slightly between versions of the OS, and we want to make sure we provide the most accurate steps. You can locate this by going to Settings > General > About. Also, does this issue occur with any other media purchased? Finally, was the media purchased directly from us or imported to your library?

We thank you for your answers, they will help guide us to the next troubleshooting step.

Kindest regards!

It’s the current version of iOS, and it’s a Samsung TV, not tvOS. Most other shows are separated by season, of the five I just checked. DuckTales is similar, though. Each season was purchased in multiple volumes, and it also goes 1, 1, 2, 2, etc, rendering the season out of order. I didn’t notice at the time, as I watched that as it was coming out. The only media I have on my TV apps is purchased from you directly.
