From Game Center to Windows PC

I play an online game on my iPhone. I signed up for this game directly using the Apple ID and I want to continue playing it on my PC (which is not apple). To do this I need the email address and the password. I have my original email hidden so therefore the email address is an autogenerated one provided by apple ( which I know) but I do not know the password. There is an option saying “stop using Apple ID” which I think would allow me to use my google account and password instead but I’m scared to use it just in case I lose my game progress…

How can find the password and I login to my game through the laptop without losing anything?
