IWatch Series 3 boot issue.

Hi All,

I have series 3 I watch which is not booting up. It used to stay at same state like red bolt charge icon is shown at top left of the face with current time. Changed charger but it didn't help. Went to service center guys telling Apple is not repairing this watch. A bit upset that these devices are use and throw type.
