Iwatch 5 issue

Does anyone able to fix the issue with their series 5 iwatch where turns on and off repeated like it is malfunctioning then eventually it gives you the error message support.apple.com/watch/restore and does nothing after that?

i am able to get it to the next screen to unpair, pair, or update my iwatch. It says in the error message screens and turns off within minutes. I have a repair store look and they said it is not a hardware issue. Seems to be a software issue.

apple store will diagnose and fix for no less than $330.

i purchased this watch fall of 2020 so barely past the warranty period.
