Payment method disabled

Hi

i unable to update my app.

I am getting the message

your Apple account has been disabled in Apple and iTunes store

i tried to change the payment options but I am still getting the same error

iPhone 13, iOS 15

If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
