how can i obtain or apply for GSX account?

how can I obtain or apply for a GSX account? I'm a cellphone repair technician and wanted to access the atlas for apple certification and a valid apple independent repair shop. Hope somebody from apple support can help me do the process in detailed steps. I'm willing to provide the necessary documents for approval.

what should i do to get apple technician certificate as private person? I need help! we are opening electronic retail store and we want to make apple repairs on the premises . how can i get apple technician certificate in order to make the repairs and get apple parts for the repairs. thank you.
