On that page:

if you click on the Get it from Microsoft button, you get the version that automatically updates (and has a few minor differences from the version direct from Apple)
if you scroll down the page, to just below the picture of the laptop, you will see (in very small lettering) Looking for other versions? MacOS> Windows. That Windows version is direct from Apple. You have to click on the Update button (in iTunes) in order to update it when new versions are released
