What imwebkit features are suppose to be on? If any at all? My wife seems to think I’m hiding stuff so now she like downlaoads all this crazy *** **** to hack my phone and see my messages and calls .. I need help because this is ridiculous

You can check your device for any profiles or device management software installed on your device in Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone
You can check for apps that you don’t recognize in Settings > General > iPhone Storage and remove them.
Typically, we wouldn’t recommend a restore of your device as that’s quite an invasive step. If you suspect there to be changes made or software installed you’re unaware of, you can restore the device, set it up as new and then the software would be reset to defaults allowing you to sync your iCloud data. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
