Cmd with "Tap to click" does not always work

Bought this Macbook Pro M1 14" yesterday, updated to 12.4 already.

I found the Cmd + "tap to click" does not always work.

e.g. cmd+tap a link to open a link in the new tab in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

I often have to tap multiple times to make it work.

This issue has been exposed many months ago on reddit, but the problem is still there.

Could you please try to fix this annoying problem in the following version?

It would be very helpful.
