Nike Training Club app not working properly on Apple Watch 7

Anytime I click on the Nike Training Club on my apple watch, I only get the message "It's time to train, Find a workout on your phone".

When I go to my phone and select a workout, I get a prompt saying "Get the most accurate health data, for better accuracy, begin workouts from your apple watch".

I have seen that there are other people having this question. Followed the support response and links but I could not find a solution.

The apple watch I have is not a Nike series. iOs 15.6, apple watchOs 8.6.

Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 8

Hello maria_madalina,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Which version of watchOS and iOS have you got installed? This can be found under Settings > General > About on each.

First, let's make sure your Apple Watch and iPhone are fully updated to the latest software version.

If they are both up-to-date on software, try to restart both your Apple Watch and iPhone.

If the issue persists, deleting the Nike Training Club app and reinstalling it would be the best next step.
