repair status

I sent my MacBook Pro in on May 4, 2022 for screen repair. They still have my computer stating waiting on parts. Has anyone else waited this long for repair?

MacBook Repair Taking Too Long my 2018 MacBook Air was having keyboard problems so it took it in to the apple store. They said that they could do the repair but they would need to send it to one of their warehouses. It has been 2 weeks now and all I have gotten is “we are looking at your product”. What should I do?

My macbook air screen is cracked, is it covered under warranty? Is my cracked screen repair covered under warranty, I bought this computer 3 months ago and there was no incident

Lots of people. There are supply chain issues around the globe and Apple is not immune to them.
