We’ll be sending your product to the repair center soon.

I dropped off a MacBook Pro 3 days ago and was quoted 3 - 5 days, but the repair status is stuck on "We’ll be sending your product to the repair center soon." I've already been charged for the repair, any ideas on when the status'll update?
