Road runner email

Why can’t I receive emails with my road runner email with my iPhone? I can receive email from Certain senders but not from all and I do not have anyone blocked. Can someone please help me figure this out? I can receive email that I have subscribed to but personal email I cannot receive.

Have you followed all the steps, please recap.

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
Tap Add Account, then select your email provider.
Enter your email address and password.
If you see Next, tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.
If you see Save, tap Save.
