Why can't I get mail on my apple devices when I created a TDS account.
I'm receiving my Bendbroadband account emails on my lap top

Please why can't I receive emails on my Apple devices. Have not been able to get emails for a week since creating a TDS account. I receive emails on my HP laptop but neither my iPhone or my iPad. I have made mini calls go to Apple and to TDS broadband and no one seems to be able to help me. Thank you.
