My iphone XR is stuck on this screen and been stuck like that for two dayz now.... But when i try and connect it to itunes through my computer it wont allow me to because i have to unlock my iphone to access accessories it says please help

Hard reset. -
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from the backup.
