Can’t accept the changed terms and agreements in the app store
If you’re family sharing, try removing yourself from the family and try updating the apps. It worked for me. My brother is the owner of the family sharing and he had his location set to the US. I’m in Canada, so I assume there’s different terms and conditions. Since I was in Canada, trying to accept the terms and conditions for a USA App Store, it wasn’t allowing me to. I left the family and changed location to Canada and was able to update the apps.
