Are you absolutely sure you have an iPhone 6s, and not an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus model? Is it currently running iOS 11.x, as per your tagline? Going from iOS 11 to 15.x would be an upgrade, not a update ... so I just want to be sure what you have.
