Apple.com/bill request

hello, I have a problem, I made a payment with my card, for a 3.99 € movie (my friend's apple tv device) and from then on they took me and scaled another 50 € without my permission. I had to block the card but I need it for other things, so I would like to disconnect the card from this site and have no more problems. in the meantime, can you tell me why they took away all that money without my consent?
