Airpods max

Okay so I have the AirPods max, pretty good product yeah yeah. Here’s the thing, so when I woke up from a nap and charged these things. Oh yeah the light is green so I took them off the charger, the light disappeared immediately. I can’t connect the AirPods max so I press forget device thinking that it would reconnect. It never connects and the light that’s suppose to come on to show that it’s connecting doesn’t. When I only plug it on the charger the light shows up. I’ve been trying to get them to work for almost 2 hours. Can someone help me with this?

In that case, I recommend contacting Apple Support for help. Because the AirPods are still under warranty, if there happens to be a manufacturing defect, they'll fix it for you.

i genuinely need help with this I got these headphones in January or February as a very late Christmas present by my grandparents. I really hope theses are not broken with how expensive theses things are.

Thanks for the answer but like I’ve stated the light on the AirPods isn’t showing up at all. Though the amber light did show up for a moment nothing else happened.
