Teaching Siri a new word

I want to teach Siri on my HomePod to turn off my security lights, then immediately turn them back on. Is this possible with a single command?

Seem like something you ought to be able to do with a shortcut. See Run shortcuts with Siri, the Shortcuts app, or Siri Suggestions - Apple Support.
