I had this issue. I ended up deleting the vpn on the account. Go into your settings. Click on the vpns and delete them from the phone and the wifi should work.
A VPN is a Virtual Private Network app. Since you don't know what it is, you probably don't have one. Did you read the two links about Error 7005 that I posted above?

I can't remember my old password, that's why I requested a new one.
What's a VPN? Do you need internet access for that? If so, I can't because I haven't got internet access anymore.
