Ok I get the fact an app on my phone is using my microphone and camera threw an app on my phone what I need to know is what app it is to delete it?

You can go to Settings > Privacy and look at Microphone and Camera there to see which apps have access to you microphone and camera and see if there is an app that doesn't need access/you don't want to have access and turn access off.
