Beats Fit Pro - no audio from left ear

I have a brand new pair - Beats Fit Pro. They worked yesterday, and today I can't get any sound from the left ear. My iPhone indicates that both are fully charged, and I seem to have no issue connecting my iPhone to the them. I've reset the Bluetooth connection several times.


Can someone help me resolve this?

You may also consider resetting your Beats Fit Pro if you're unable to hear from one side as outlined here: Reset your Beats Fit Pro - Apple Support


You can also clean your Beats if you're still experiencing the same behavior: Clean your Beats Studio Buds and Beats Fit Pro - Apple Support


If after resetting and cleaning your Beats you're still unable to hear from the left side, we'd suggest that you contact Apple directly here: Contact - Official Apple Support
