My friend noticed that only guests with apple phones can not connect to his small hotel’s wifi in southern Italy. What could be the problem?

He should try a modem-router reboot, and use these suggested settings:--> Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support.
If the issue persists, he should contact his modem-router manufacturer's support team, and or his Internet provider.
