blueframe

a blueframe ( in excel is green) appears in my mail and word and it makes the mouse and the keyboard work in a bad way, what should i do to correct it?

Make sure "Enable Full Keyboard Access" is disabled in System Preferences > Accessibility > Keyboard > Navigation.
