Airpods on Hold

I wrote wrong my address and my airpods are on hold and send a email to apple asking to resend them to the correct address but i have no answer and idk what to do

Call Apple Support:

If Apple Support will not get back to you via eMail, then call them.

Proceed from there as Necessary
