I noticed on 6/12/22 that I am Missing a lot of Gmail Emails from both my Inbox and Sent Folders

Is there anyone who might be able to help me recover these missing/possibly deleted by mistake emails? I have spoken with Apple Support several times, and they cannot seem to help me get them back.

Log into your gmail webmail account and check if the emails are there.
