My spouse’s iphone 13 pro cannot play certain videos (especially official music videos) on Youtube app

How to fix this problem? His 13 pro cannot play certain videos especially official music videos on Youtube app. We already reinstall the app, reset the wifi network, on off mobile data, restart his iphone, offload the app but the problem remains the same. The screen is pitch black with buffering icon going round and round in the middle on it. Do you have any solution for it? Helppp
